Educational Support
Throughout my career, I have worked closely with students of all backgrounds and abilities. I work with students who want enrichment and students who are not working up to their potential. My most recent focus has been on students who are struggling with anxiety and depression.

I am more than a tutor in that I provide more than just homework help. I provide information to fill in the gaps in learning; I provide other relevant readings and materials when necessary; I provide questions to inspire deeper thinking about the texts; I provide exercises, templates and rubrics to help writers shape and develop their ideas.

Many of the college students with whom I have worked find that the mix of freedom and personal responsibility become difficult to navigate when fear and anxiety get in the way. With personal attention, these students move from struggle to success.

I have expertise helping students who need support or want to work in the areas listed here.

My services are available to a wide range of clients: from middle to high school, college to grad school, even into the work force — all are welcome.
Though I am based in Los Angeles, I use Zoom, Skype, and FaceTime to teach students individually and in small groups or pods, nationally and internationally, from New York to California, and as far away as Sydney, Australia.
I develop my lessons around what my clients need and work with the resources they have available. Each lesson is structured to meet each student's individual needs.
